My name is John and I am 17. I have a huge interest in politics and decided to start this blog in an attempt to persuade young people like myself to take an interest in politics. I will also be interviewing politicians from various different parties and I happily take any suggestions which you can request via the ‘Contact Me’ page.
I joined The Labour Party in March 2014 and won our school mock election in May 2015. I also campaigned for Labour during the 2015 General Election.
After the 2015 General Election election, I decided to email a couple of high-profile politicians and received a reply from one of them. I decided to ask more politicians if I could interview them- so that’s how the blog started!
